1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using afianest.com ("Site") or purchasing any Afia Nest product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our platform.

2. About Afia Nest

Afia Nest Limited is a Ugandan company that produces and sells nutritional supplements and baby/toddler food products. All our products meet Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) certification requirements and comply with applicable food safety laws in Uganda.

3. Products & Orders

• All product descriptions, images, and prices on our Site are for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or formal acceptance by Afia Nest.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery fees are quoted separately at checkout.
• We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), bank transfer, and cash on delivery (selected areas).
• Payment must be confirmed before dispatch of goods.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Kampala and selected areas across Uganda. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
• Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon delivery.
• Afia Nest is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

6. Returns & Refunds

Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, images, text, graphics, and product designs — is the exclusive property of Afia Nest Limited or its licensors and is protected by Ugandan and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are certified and tested, but they are nutritional supplements and food products — not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice. We provide the Site "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, Afia Nest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the total amount paid for the specific product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
